BIO
Who I Am
I'm an astronomy/astrophysics PhD student at the University of California Santa Cruz, and am currently doing theoretical research on Thorne-Żytkow objects. I also graduated from Spelman College with a B.S. in physics. During my undergraduate years, I conducted research at the University of California San Diego on barred galaxies in the early universe. I've also done research on the extinction of AGN in the Illustris Simulation and studied the variabilities of X-ray binaries, both at Harvard University.
